I served notice to Raila -Ruto now claims after losing Kibra.

Deputy President William Ruto now has claimed his main intentions in Kibra race was to serve Odinga a notice.

Taking to his twitter account on Friday Nov 8th, the Deputy President congratulated ODM candidate Bernard Okoth for winning in the hotly contested Kibra by-election.

According to Ruto, Jubilee had made sound strides into Odinga’s bedroom and managed to come out with something.

Imran Okoth was on Friday Nov 8th officially crowned the winner for the race which saw Jubilee’s McDonald Mariga concede in early hours of the showdown on Thursday night.

“I’m humbled to have received a congratulatory call from @MarigaOfficial. That’s the spirit of politics,” Imran said.

He took the opportunity to promise to move forward with every interested party to make Kibra proud.
