Court of Appeal Judge Sankale Ole Kantai has been arrested by sleuths over collusion.

The judge was arrested on Friday Feb 21st after it emerged that he has been conspiring with popular murder suspect Sarah Cohen to help her handle her the court case.

Citizen Digital was the first to crack the story of the judge having been arrested by the DCI officers after his night meeting with Mrs Cohen who is facing serious murder charges.

Details of judges colluding with suspects have been on the rise in the country, according to Daily Nation investigative report of Feb 21st, 2020.

The paper further revealed how the judge had met with the suspect at Kisumu’s Aqua Pool Bar where he was staying. She was looking for him to get necessary advice over her case.

Sankale is also said to have not only covered her travel costs but also sent his car to pick her from the Kisumu Airport. This was done because Sarah herself could not get any air ticket as she could be suspected of planning to fly out of the country.

The two stayed for two nights at the Bar before Sarah came back to Nairobi after she was issued with summons requiring her to report at Kilimahi Police Station.

To make matters worse, the suspect is also accused to having sent copies of police statements to the judge so that he could advise on possible changes.

Tob Cohen was murdered and his body discovered decomposing inside a septic tank at his Kitisuru home, Nairobi.
